The machine that I chose is the video game console. 

1.   The machine is classified as video game console.
2.   The inventor of the first video game console was Ralph Baer and he invented the Magnavox Odyssey in 1972.
3.   The machine accomplished the simple task of entertaining millions (or at least a few hundred thousand). Video game consoles have just really accomplished that task. Other then entertaining and giving a small glimmer of hope to those bored souls in endless torment, it hasn’t done very much.
4.   There have been many changes video game consoles. compare the Odyssey in the 70s to the Wii which is the latest video game console. The Odyssey used dials as controls but the Wii uses buttons, and also  infrared to sense movement.
5.   This effects millions of people countless millions (including me) play video games. some people are just entertained by them,m some get aggravated by money they’ve spent on them and some have their careers changed by video games.

Barrack Obama            1: This design  is much different then the original, in the original the light-saber was cut off so I had to redraw it. Obama’s head (obviously) wasn’t there but Mace Windu’s was. Also there was the Starwars logo where the Obama one is now. There is not really anything the same with the old one exept for the background.                                          2:  I didn’t choose this topic for a specific reason. It does though mean a lot to me. I have researched about health-care and I know that millions of people get sick or hurt and can’t afford health-care service. It is great that Obama will provide universal health-care and I think that is worthy of  Jedi which is why I choose this poster.                              Old poster.        (its much bigger)      This worked very well for me. I like Photoshop more then fireworks so I was happy that I got to work in it. I had some trouble uploading the images but it worked out. I can’t think of anything that I would do differently.

Barrack ObamaSome things that I agree with Obama on:1: He plans to withdraw from Iraq.I am strongly disapproving on the War on Terror, and want the troops to leave2: His Ideas about healthcare such as providing quality, affordable and portable health care service for all.Currently healthcare can not benefit people who have it and some people can’t afford it. With cheaper prices more people will be able to get healthcare.3: I agree with his ideas on poverty such as expanding access to jobs.It would be great for impoverished people to get jobs and then there would be fewer homeless people.4: Making collage affordable.Many people can’t get good jobs because they cant afford college and can’t get scholarships.5: Obama’s plan will reduce oil consumption by at least 35 percent, or 10 million barrels per day, by 2030.It would be great if we didn’t die from air pollution. This was an ad about spending more on education. Its intended audience is parents of children, especial minority o lower income parents. Those children are in school and then would receive better opportunities for education. Also Obama said that he would lower the costs of college. The college price lowering would mostly influence lower income people who wish to go to college because then they can afford it. Barack Obama had this ad of him talking in a church. The intended audience would be Christians. The people would be of mainly any ages, race and gender. The thing that determines if people would listen to this ad would be religion. This helped him in Iowa because there are a lot of religious people there. This is Obama in a speech about his plans for pulling out of Iraq. This ad would appeal mainly to families of soldiers in Iraq. Why it would appeal to them is because they probably want the family member in Iraq to come home (at least I would.) This would not really appeal to people in farm land or isolated because they seem to be more for wars even if the war is for bad reasons. His campaign slogan is “Change We can Believe In” This is saying that he is making some changes that will poatively affect the U.S.This is his campaign logo:  it is supposed to represent a sun rising and of course is red white and blue.The logo and slogan when put together seen to mean Barack Obama will change the U.S.A. for the better.

Hello all, I do not want to release my name on the Internet but it is Andrew… I think… I am an eighth grade student at Morey Middle School. I am both a vegetarian and an atheist. I despise humans, dogs, and the iPhone with a burning hatred. I love to read especially fantasy like LOTR, the DragonLance Saga, and The Forgotten Realms books. I like food like pasta and cookies… I also have a Wii. I like the Beatles a lot as you can see from the avatar I will eventually have. I also feel a strong rage toward McDonald’s and other companies eradicating any kind of unique culture. I also like tea, my favorite kind is Earl Gray. I do not play many sports but I like to bike and hike (I made a rhyme =D). I also like movies. I also like cats and I have three. I like math and I try to memorize pi (π) 3.1415926535897…P.S.
